The new Board of Directors was approved at the general meeting of JSC Central Geophysical Expedition shareholders (Moscow, the enterprise is part of the ROSGEO state holding). Furthermore, the annual report and accounting statements for 2017 were approved; the profit was distributed based on the year results, the amount of shareholders’ dividends was determined, as well as the procedure and the period of their payment.
To the Board of Directors were elected: Alexander Kolesnikov, Director of the Department for Legal Support of JSC ROSGEO; Larisa Kuchina, Director of the Department for Economics and Budgeting of JSC ROSGEO; Yulia Makhonina, Director of the Department for Consolidated Reporting and IFRS of JSC ROSGEO; Arthur Uzunkoyan, Director of exploration for solid minerals Directorate of JSC ROSGEO; Jana Bogatenkova, leading Legal Adviser of the Department for Legal Expertise of JSC ROSGEO.
Besides, revision commission was elected. It now includes: Elena Gottlieb, Chief Accountant - Director of the Department for Accounting and Reporting of JSC ROSGEO; Natalia Lazareva, Deputy Director of the Department for Internal Audit and Control of JSC ROSGEO; Alexander Anashkin, Deputy Director of the Department for Internal Audit and Control of JSC ROSGEO.
OOO Finexpertiza was unanimously selected as the auditor of the company.
