A scheduled on-site inspection of the Department of Education of Moscow took place in the Central Geophysical Expedition (Moscow, the enterprise is part of the ROSGEO state holding). Within the framework of the event, the company’s training center was checked, whether it conformed to the federal state regulations. Following on from the results JSC CGE has enforced its right to be engaged in further vocational education activities.
The CGE received a corresponding perpetual license in May last year. The center provides training in several areas: labor and environment protection, fire safety, first aid.
Modern material and technical resources and up-to-date educational programs allow all students to obtain necessary knowledge and competencies for further successful work in the mastered areas.
Certificates of a standard pattern confirm that one has passed the course. In a course of an incomplete year of operation, 374 specialists received an education.
The programs includes not only a theoretical basis, but also practical exercises. It proposes a distance learning format in addition to a full-time one. Classes are being conducted by qualified CGE specialists, other manufacturing enterprises and invited teachers from various universities.
Thus far, the Central Geophysical Expedition is a single operator of educational services for the enterprises of the ROSGEO holding.
